Collette Liantonio – President
Collette Liantonio launched Concepts TV in 1983. With an MA in directing from New York University, Collette also attended Harvard University’s Owner/President Program. Collette is a licensed speech and dramatic arts coach and experienced in all aspects of public speaking and directing. Many of her Direct Response Commercials and Infomercials have become advertising legends, such as Ambervision Sunglasses, Topsy Tail, The Abdominizer, Contour Pillow and The George Foreman Grill. Concepts TV won over 70 awards for hits like Go Duster, Better Pasta Pot and Finishing Touch. Our Direct Response clients include WD-40, Bissell, QVC, Novartis, Time Warner, Salton, and Conair. Collette has been recognized as “One of the 25 Most Influential People in DRTV,” and has served on the Electronic Retailing Association’s Board of Directors and Backchannel Advisory board. Collette also co-founded the Broadcast Council of the Direct Marketing Association, and is a member of the Women Presidents’ Organization, The Woman’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and the Woman-Owned Business Enterprise for New York City (WBE).

Kristy Pinand-Dumpert – Vice President of Sales & Marketing
As the Director of Production, Kristy garnered numerous Production awards. Her knowledge of a good production is the key to her success in sales. As Director of Sales Kristy has traveled internationally, working with clients on every aspect of infomercial production. Kristy’s great understanding of the Direct Response Industry allows her to assist clients in achieving a fully integrated campaign.


Laraine Lamicella – Director of Finance
Laraine is responsible for all new business development. She works hand in hand with clients to expedite contracts, schedules and financial issues. She also handles all of Concepts TV advertising, trade shows and certification.

Melissa Heyrich – Sales & Marketing Assistant
Melissa works with the creative team as well as Sales & Marketing. A graduate of the ‘Disney’ Princess University School, Melissa learned how to brainstorm creative from one of the most prestigious companies from around the world. Melissa is responsible for research, casting, and location scouting.


Dana Conklin – Producer/Assistant Director
Whether you need a short form commercial or a long form infomercial, Dana is the person who will oversee all aspects of your production project and will be your main contact during the production phase. From script revisions to product shots to edit selects, Dana’s creative eye is essential to every production.


David Festini – Post Production Producer
David has more than 14 years of broadcast industry experience. Formerly with the graphics department at CNBC, the production department at Cablevision as well as heading the production team with Oz Media. Working as a bridge between production and post, David is an integral part of the creative team. On set, he works with the director to ensure we are getting the best shots!

Post Production – Bringing It All Together

Cheron Walden – Post-Production Supervisor
With more than 9 years in TV, Cheron ensures that schedule and creative requirements are met and completed on time in the Post Production phase. Cheron manages every facet of post-production, including reviewing video footage and choosing voice-over artists.


James Nolan – Vice President, Senior Editor
James Nolan is Vice President and Senior Editor at Concepts TV. For the past decade James has successfully delivered creative post for this Infomercial Direct Marketing Agency. From Concepts TV’s In-House Final Cut Pro HD and Avid suites, James has posted infomercial blockbusters, resulting in multiple Telly, Aurora, and ERA awards, including awards for Best Electronics Infomercial, Best Short-Form Producer, and Best Product. James’ spots have been featured on Late Night with David Letterman and in Newsweek.

Jon Gregory – Editor/Graphic Designer
Jon brings more than 15 years of Graphic Design experience to this New Jersey Infomercial Agency. Jon’s creative eye is vital to editing award winning commercials and infomercials. He oversees Concepts TV’s E-Commerce division and works hand in hand with clients to design a winning Direct Marketing Website. Jon also creates logos and packaging design for many of our top clients.


Alex Park – Editor/Motion Graphics
Alex brings more than 15 years of editing experience to Concepts TV. His resume boasts big brands like Korean Air, Amore Cosmetics, Toyota, Honda, Ford, Chrysler, Jeep, New York Post, Daily Beast and Saturday Night Live. He’s also the recipient of a Bronze Telly Award and a Gold Communicator Award. Alex is a master with motion graphics and an animation specialist.
